Hi there Brian. The short answer is, no, we’re not aware of one. Asylum Aid have tried to produce a simple guide  and this is their “simple flowchart” but it does not really address what happens after asylum is granted and the 28 day process.
You may be aware of LASSN’s own (now very out of date) transition guide, which we are trying hard to update, with the assistance of Leeds City Council and DWP partners. Leeds City Council have a named officer working on this as we speak, but it’s some way from being completed. It will draw heavily on the excellent – but Northern Irish focused – Transition Guide produced by Belfast Council.
I’m sorry this answer is not the one you were after. The Belfast Guide provides the most comprehensive overview, but some of the details are not the same as the UK, so may be misleading.
