If you are making a complaint, this will be seen by the Director of LASSN in order to investigate it and we will make every effort to protect your privacy.
However, it may be necessary to tell the manager or volunteer the details of the complaint so that we can investigate it. We will not disclose your personal details but these may be recognisable from the nature of the complaint.
