Becoming a Grace Referrer

Most of our referrals come through British Red Cross and Positive Action For Refugees and Asylum Seekers.

Each of our referral partners has agreed to

1. Ensure their staff have a detailed knowledge of how Grace Hosting works,
2. Only refer people they have met face-to-face,
3. Assess how suitable someone is to stay with a Grace Host volunteer
4. Ensure people being referred know what to expect if they stay with a Host, as well as what is expected of them
5. Provide ongoing daily support to the people they refer

We will only accept referrals from agencies who have agreed to these 5 conditions.

Here are the guidelines that each person making a referral  will need to be familiar with.
